We are making it easier for brands that do wholesale (for instance to retail shops), to go from manual to digital with our powerful and customizable eCommerce platform.

We are looking for a Design and User Experience Manager to be responsible for researching, developing and implementing new designs and ongoing optimization of existing workflows.

Some of your tasks will be:

• Identification of existing workflows in need of optimization

• Research of other software platforms for inspiration and best practice approaches

• Structure elements, design guidelines and living style guides

• Ensure platform-wide consistency in terms of visuals, workflows, compatibility and experience

You will also:

• Be scoping tasks for developers

• Testing new features and workflows that you have been part of defining

• Conduct user research with customers and general platform users

• Structure how and what user feedback we collect, as well as how we utilize it internally

• Search for and interview potential interns to assist you in the Design & UX Department

We assume that you: 

• Have a degree in design, user experience, service design or similar

• Have professional experience with design and UX from a previous position

• Have experience developing digital assets in leading software applications such as Adobe XD/Sketch/Invision

• Have worked or are familiar with scoping design and UX tasks for development

• Can get along with our office dog, Yoko

It’s an advantage if you (but not a requirement):

• Have skills in creating stand-alone graphic designs (static as well as animated)
