You must have 🚀

• 1-2 years experience in Customer Service

• Fluency in Swedish, English in a good level (Danish is a bonus)

• Not scared about technology-> we use different software and platforms to make our work life easier

• Internal flame to build up Swedish market administrative side & customer service

What we expect you to work with in Klarvinduer? 🤓

You are the frontline for all the potential customers, who need the last “touch” or help with their decision to buy from us, also if they have the need to check up the details about the existing order. You will be explaining and demonstrating features of products and services via phone; chat; mail in a daily basis. You are the “middleman” for sales agents and production. Doing special offers & orders and making sure that customers will be satisfied with their journey in Klarfönster. Also, you are the person optimizing the procedures and workflows so we can grow even faster.
