Would you like to help our customers in Germany (and the rest of the world) with optimal use of Zendesk?
Our customers are some of Denmark's (and soon Germany's) largest companies, and more and more are being added in the EMEA. That is why we are looking for a colleague for our fantastic Customer Excellence team, who will help analyze and customize our customers' current and desired setup, do workshops, train in the use of Zendesk based on best practice.
Most tasks are solved remotely, but there will also be onsite days.
You have strong knowledge about how humans learn, good technical understanding, and ease of introduction to new systems. Furthermore, it is a must that you have a business understanding and can quickly familiarize yourself with our customers' business challenges. Our consultants are aware of our clients' needs and help them through implementations. In fact, you have to be passionate about helping our customers provide optimal customer service.
You are analytical and have a logical sense. You don't have to be an extrovert, but you have to like talking to customers. We expect that you have some experience with Zendesk or similar omnichannel systems - we will make a thorough onboarding before you are on your own with the customers.
You take the initiative and like to share knowledge with your colleagues and customers.
Need to have:
German and English at a business level
Customer service experience
Experience with Zendesk or similar omnichannel systems or SaaS products
Great people skills
Nice to have:
Experience in designing and doing workshops
Knowledge about learning theories
