We are looking for a project manager to be responsible for handling our ongoing projects. You will be working closely with the customer and the team to ensure that all project requirements and deadlines are on track.

We are looking for a Project Manager interested in Capital Markets

At Visigon, we are experts in the Calypso trading platform used by many banks and asset managers in the Capital Markets industry. On top of Calypso we add business insights, technology know-how and data management to ensure our customers get the best out of IT in their business.

What you will do

As a Project Manager at Visigon, you will spend most of your time working with customers on projects. You will work closely with the customer's business and IT activities with a focus on managing and implementing projects within Capital Markets.

Key Activities may include:

• Lead client projects through all phases from initiation, execution as well as ensuring a smooth hand-over to the client

• Build strong and efficient project teams

• Develop and communicate project plans to team and stakeholders

• Evaluating business and system processes, determining needs and uncover areas for improvement

• Facilitation workshops to ensure proper translation of business requirement to IT needs

• Keep management updated on progress and challenges

• Ensure clarity and transparency around project actuals vs budget

• Conduct post project evaluation with client and team – to ensure organizational learning

What we expect you to bring

• Overall experience of 4 to 8 years of experience

• Proven experience in IT project management and the ability to lead project teams of various sizes.

• Preferable Capital Markets industry experience as consultant

• Bachelor or Master of Economics, Engineering or other related discipline

• A project manager certification (Prince2, IPMA, Agile etc.) is a huge advantage

• Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills

• You are fluent in English and in either Danish or Swedish
