Based in Denmark and Sweden, Visigon is a growing team of consultants with a unique combination of technical expertise and skills related to Capital Markets and Fintechs. By offering a wide range of services including business analysis, software design and development, Visigon ensures sustainable solutions for all aspects of trading, risk management and operations to banks and other financial institutions. We are experts in the Calypso trading platform used by many banks and asset managers in the Capital Markets industry. Our aim is to enable our clients to get the most out of Calypso and to reach higher. This we do by delivering the best solutions, both technically and business-wise.

What you will do

As a Business Consultant at Visigon, you will spend most of your time working with clients on projects. You will work closely with the client's business and IT activities with a focus on designing and implementing solutions within Capital Markets.

Key Activities may include:

• Evaluating business processes, determining business needs and identifying areas for improvement

• Translating business needs into IT requirements

• Documentation and presentation of findings, recommendations and solutions

• Development and implementation of solutions

• Training of users on the basic use of solutions

What qualifies you

• Overall professional experience of 3 to 6 years, preferably within the Capital Markets industry

• Master of Economics, Engineering or other related discipline

• You have the ability to work creatively and analytically in a team to address complex problems and focus on finding the right solutions

• Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills

• Strong data collection and analytics skills

• You are fluent in English AND in either Danish or Swedish

• Knowledge of financial models in VBA, SAS, SQL etc. is a plus
