We are looking for a Head of Sales, that wants to join our team. Someone who is passionate about developing strong B2B relationships. Someone who has build a strong commercial function before. Someone who is highly self-motivated. Someone who wants to be part of the leadership team in an ambitious startup, that is in the beginning of a growth journey. Someone who likes damn good coffee.
We are on mission to make climate neutral coffee. We are building a sustainable coffee chain where people work. Taking the experience of a coffee shop to offices & workspaces, coupled with a completely new business model.
What will I be doing?
Full funnel responsibility: From inbound, outreach, qualifying to closing new prospect.
Generating new business pipeline through cold-calling/linkedin/email etc.
Keeping an organized pipeline - using tools like Hubspot.
Customize sales pitch to meet different customer needs.
Build a sales team as we grow, and work with external commercial partners.
Be a part of building the company and it’s offering.
What skills do I need?
Strong experience in sales. Background in “Food & Beverage”, “Workspace/Office Solutions” or from another startup.
A growth mindset.
Highly motivated and self-driven.
Prospecting skills (cold-calling, email, social).
Proven record of success and hitting KPI's.
Proactive & collaborative.
Intellectually curious and problem-solving.
