We are a little team, of multiple nationalities and backgrounds working on the project. We are not the stereotypes within this field - but it is really a hardcore, sustainable business. The project

We are an impact startup focused on giving the next generation a better future. We wish to root for environmental challenges, and have a small portfolio of products and solutions engineered solely for positive impact creation. Some has to do with baby names, some with sustainable jewellery and some with virtual time capsules...

Your role

To start with your role will be managing and coordinating important research and screen for meaningful social and sustainable projects around the world related to UN's 17 Sustainable Development Goals. We aim to find the best projects to donate the money to - we want to be sure that we can do a big impact for people and the earth. You will be building relationships with NGO's arranging partnerships as well as doing all the preparations and project management behind it with your team.

You know how to communicate with all types of people, love building meaningful and safe relationships internationally (for now online). With time you will be visiting the your arranged projects in different contries and make sure that everything is as we wish - and to see the direct impact that we are doing.

This is really an unique chance to make a different as well as having a big responsibility and freedom in building great partnerships!

Tasks and responsibilities

• Do comprehensive research and screening in relations to each of 17 project

• Coordinating arrangements and agree solutions with the NGOs

• Wrike project summaries to and updates for our sponsors

• Ensure that the donation will be distributed to the best and most meaningful projects around the world, including

• Follow up on plus evaluate the agreements and partnerships (hopefully soon travel to the destinations)

• Most importantly - be a very important key person in bringing our ideas to life

Requirements

It is a requirement that you are very confident in english both written and verbal. We expect you to be confident in research, as well as experienced in Teams and Microsoft systems (Outlook, Word, PP and Excel).

You as a person

Talking to people and building meaningful relationships is a natural to you. And the most important for us is that you are passionate about charities, sustainability as well as you have a great personality with a big heart: Who you are, your values and how you interact with people is everything. Otherwise as a person you love:

• Interacting with people and are not afraid of track down potential partners

• Making a different and do positive change

• Being positive and easy going

• Plan, structure, coordinate and execute with a big enthusiasm

• Being independent but also a team-work person

• Learning new skills with a creative and caring mindset

• Being extroverted and humble in the same time

It is an advantage that you have experience with social work, project management, charity and establishing partnerships internationally. The educational background is not essential, but it is ideal if you have knowledge about working with NGO's and in general an understandment of their organisational structure.

When joining our team, you will be an essential and valued part of the startup. We are flexible on working hours and where you work, but we expect you to deliver. In return, we offer a fun and creative work environment and the opportunity to show off and build your skills. You will be working very close with founder and CEO Christian, former strategy management consultant and CCO in the largest real estate broker company in Denmark (EDC)
