Territory Sales Manager (Oslo, Norwegian market - full time remote position)

We are looking for an hungry whatever-it-takes sales entrepreneur & leader, who wants to grow and build up the Norwegian market together with our Scandinavian team ⚡️

The role  

As our territory manager, you will be our leader for growing our customer base and revenue in Norway, with the mission of making Superb the #1 platform for restaurant brands. To achieve this mission, you will be on the phone talking with potential customers everyday, on the road visiting restaurants to do product-presentations and signing contracts with new customers. Restaurants are a tight-knit community where everyones knows each other and therefore you will focus a lot in building strong customer relationships to expand your network with recommendations and referrals. You will be part of the newly created Scandinavian team and be reporting to the chief commercial officer.


The ideal candidate

  • Think and acts like a sales entrepreneur

  • Has 2-3 years of experience with outbound sales

  • Is self-disciplined and excels in getting things done

  • Has a “whatever-it-takes” mentality

  • High energy and great with building relationships (our people is our brand)

  • Loves the restaurant industry & has worked in a restaurant before (a plus)
