We are making it easier for brands that do wholesale (for instance to retail shops), to go from manual to digital with our powerful and customizable eCommerce platform.
To make our customers succeed, happy and excited about Turis we need you to handle parts of the implementation process, talk to the cool brands that are our customers and run the direct dialogue with them.
Your areas of responsibility will be:
Onboarding new customers in Turis
Talking and building relationships with new and potential customers
Helping customers with specific questions and functionality
Keep track of feature requests and present them to the management team
We expect that you possess the following skills:
Great communication skills
Can-Do attitude
Good technical understanding
Organized and structured
High level of spoken/written English
Experience in the following areas is appreciated, but not required:
Experience with other software or digital platforms in a B2B context
Experience writing knowledge base articles
Experience working with the Adobe Creative suite
