You will join our diverse team based in Copenhagen. Our team is young, open-minded, social and friendly. We organize team trips, dinners and parties on a regular basis and even when we are working we manage to have fun!
Together with the rest of the support team and the backup of the other departments (especially the dev team) you will help manage issues, respond to clients and make sure that using our platform is as great an experience as possible. There will be plenty of opportunities to take on new responsibilities in domains related to the role.
We are looking for someone with a desire to make the experience of talking to support as good as possible. Someone who can turn a bad experience with our system into a positive experience with the support team. You should be technically savvy and have a detective mindset, so as to make sure that it is as easy as possible for the devs to fix the underlying bugs and that all other issues are handled as fast as possible.
What we expect from you
Eagerness to learn and experiment
Great written communication skills
Any language skills (Danish, Swedish, SQL, React, etc.)
Experience with Zendesk
