Statum is a Danish HR-tech startup helping scale-ups recruit under difficult circumstances. Instead of building a heavy recruitment department, we aim to help companies hire faster and better than they could themselves. We find the candidates and through a technologically enhanced process, we facilitate the recruitments.

You might as well have seen us in the third season of Løvens Hule and we are also nominated for the best internship 2020 at Copenhagen Business Academy at the moment - so is there a better place to be an intern? We think not!

As an Intern at Statum, you get the opportunity to recruit for and work closely with Denmark's most successful scale-ups. You will learn a lot about entrepreneurship and creating growth.

We are a small team of 15 people making our working culture quite informal and very inclusive. We like to share our best work practices, set ambitious goals, and work hard for them! Then we celebrate our successes weekly with a Friday beer.

The essence of your work at Statum will be to help people get a job that is a better match than their current one. In other words, you will have a really big impact on a lot of people's lives and job satisfaction.

Daily tasks will depend on your development and your level, but it will be in the following areas:

• Headhunting of people who match what our customers demand

• Collaboration and coordination with our Match Managers who will interview the candidates you find for the positions we recruit for.

• Provide candidate support, answer questions and help with career counseling.

• Be an active part of our entrepreneurial culture and contribute to the digitization of the many processes of recruitment.

• Online Interviews with Potential Candidates.

We do not expect you to be experienced in recruiting as we will teach you everything from scratch. However, we look favorably at the following:

• Good human understanding - recruitment is a people-business.

• Experience from the sports world - you use feedback to develop.

• A dream to become an entrepreneur - you understand the mindset.

  Volunteer mindset - you have an extraordinary drive.

We are looking for Danish natives and internationals to join our team. Speaking any other European language would only be a big plus!

Statum is a modern recruitment agency

Statum is a digital recruitment agency specializing in recruiting commercial profiles for scale-ups. We founded the company in 2016 with the aim of creating more job satisfaction through better recruitment. We all came from companies where we experienced what bad matches do to people and companies. It motivated us to create a company that used technology to support a better recruitment process and a more accurate match.

Since our inception, we have made over 220 successful recruits to Danish scale-ups such as Pleo, Templafy, Ageras and others. Now we are looking for three ambitious trainees for our Operations team who will help us in our journey towards becoming a prominent player in the global recruitment market.
