ArchitectureQuote is a startup based in Copenhagen, Denmark which aims to disrupt the architecture industry through a modern and optimized approach. Its product is a deal-flow and collaboration platform designed for architects, which aims to help them find new projects by gathering leads from many different sources that are publicly available. From another perspective, ArchitectureQuote aims to make it easier for people who need architectural services to find the right architects.

ArchitectureQuote is looking for a passionate frontend developer with experience in creating web applications with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React and Redux to help in development of our product and website.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Hands-on development of our product with React and Redux

• Development of our WordPress website with a page builder, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript

• Turning Photoshop or Adobe XD mock ups into responsive web pages

• Ensuring the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs

• Working closely with our design team

• Thorough testing of your work on multiple browsers and mobile devices

• Prototyping ideas in order to learn what works and how to elevate concepts to the next level

• Effective communication with fellow team members and management

  
  

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS and JavaScript

• Experience with development of web apps with React and Redux

• Experience with testing frameworks like Jest, Mocha, Selenium

• Familiarity with WordPress or similar CMS

• Understanding of HTTP protocol, REST APIs

• Knowledge of design principles and web standards

• Basic skills in Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar

• Familiarity with Git, Jira, Redmine, or similar project management and issue tracking software

• Ability to work in a fast-paced working environment, owning deadlines and striving for efficiency

• Eagerness to learn new things
