This unique position will enable the chosen candidate to gain insight into what it takes to scale a fast-growing international start-up not only from the finance and commercial side, but also internal stakeholder management as other teams grow.

The Company was founded two years ago, since which we have quickly grown to over 68+ apartments in the centre of Copenhagen, Berlin, Munich, Paris, Vienna, and London with more than 350+ active members. Our investors are Founders.as, Cherry.vc, Triple Point and a small number of stellar angels. We are about to enter our next phase of growth to become THE co-living brand in Europe and thereafter beyond into Asia and the US.

This is a unique position to get insight into what it takes to scale a fast-growing international start-up and work with people who are passionate about making a difference, challenge the status quo and have the drive to learn new skills. In the Accountant role, you will work across teams to ensure tasks are completed with high standards and within deadline.

What you’ll do:

• Booking creditors

• Booking debtors

• Accruing prepayments

• Booking accruals

• Handling cut-off topics

• Booking depreciation

• Booking Salaries

• Assisting in month end closes

You are:

• Experience in the real estate industry

• Having a minimum of 5 years experience in accounting

• Comfortable working with accounting and ERP systems 

• Can motivate people to make sure deadlines are met

• Good communicator with both internal and external stakeholders

• Obsessive about details

• A structured worker with a strong work ethic

• A Team player

• Fluent in English and any other language a plus
