Do you have an eye for style and strong passion for circular fashion? Would you like to get a great deal of responsibility in an early stage start-up on a mission to make the fashion industry sustainable? We're looking for a Fashion Curation & Customer Success intern to join our Stockholm team. The role will handle all aspects of our customer interaction and products, from collection to photography, expert valuation and logistics.

Cirqular is developing a technology platform for reselling used premium fashion, making it easier than ever to resell clothes online, while providing an attractive shopping experience for the buyer. Through integrated partnerships with fashion brands and retailers, we deliver a model in which they can take control of and benefit from their resale markets

What you could be doing

• Responsibility over the products we sell - handle the end-to-end operational processes, including review of customer collections, item selection according to Cirqular’s guidelines, photographing, ensure quality control and timely listing of items

• Source products from VIP customers to ensure a continuous supply of high-quality products on our platform

• Handle end-to-end customer communication to provide excellent customer service - notify our customers of each step throughout the supply chain

• Boxing, packing and shipping of customer collections and returns

• Assisting with purchase orders, invoicing and more

• Develop new and optimize existing operational processes 

Length: 3 months, full-time

The ideal profile

• Experience, interest and understanding of the circular fashion and the Swedish and European fashion resale market

• Attention to detail, excellent time management and organisational skills with an ability to multitask

• Ability to work as part of a team and but also work autonomously

• Flexible, hands-on attitude with the ability to cope with evolving business requirements of a rapidly growing startup

• Excellent communication skills in Swedish and English, both written and spoken

• You care about our planet and want to make an impact to reverse the climate crisis
