As a sales manager at Sani nudge you will learn to be a hunter in the healthcare jungle, infectiously passionate, and driven to win. Successful candidates will be self-motivated and excited to join a dynamic start-up where you can really make an impact selling innovative technologies that makes a difference to hospital patients. You will work with our experienced Market Director in approaching and selling to all hospitals in Norway.
How your day will look like:
Scrub the market for new leads; build a strong pipeline of potential opportunities
Don't sit passively in the waiting room: Engage and establish trust with key stakeholders in hospitals finding the fastest way to get in front of the C-suite
Conduct compelling and engaging product demonstrations via web or in-person in order to position relevant Sani nudge product features that solve large-scale hospital inefficiencies
Evaluate on efforts vs. outcomes and plan new approaches
Participate in fairs
QUALIFICATIONS:
Grit, hustle, and an infectiously positive attitude
Energized by challenges and competition
Prior experience in sales
Extrovert who loves meeting new people
Empathic and able to build sales though relationships
Ability to travel approximately 30%
Salary level: DKK 35.000 - 40.000
Expected additional bonus ratio: +50%
