Pointvoucher is growing and we are looking for a growth hacker/marketer that can not only help us grow faster, but also plan and utilize our data. You will join a team of 10 people in Copenhagen and work across teams in an inspirational and fast-moving environment with visionary people.

You will 

• You will create the growth and data strategy.

• You will plan and execute growth initiatives.

• You will plan and execute data visualizations.

• Gather analytics and create reports to the management team.

• Identify new opportunities in collaboration with product and business development.

You have 

• 5+ years of experience working in a similar role in a startup or corporate innovation.

• Technical education ie. data science, engineering or similar.

• Let’s get things done and fail fast attitude.

• Fantastic problem-solving and communication skills.

• A desire to work in a startup with all the challenges and opportunities that follow!

You are

• Not afraid of hands-on work and used to frequent changes.

• A lovely and very friendly person who and make introverts talk and creatives to calm down.

• Detail-oriented, good at planning and you always meet deadlines.

• Really good at shifting focus.

• Fluent in English both verbal and written; other languages will be an advantage.

• A flexible and creative problem solver with an analytical mindset.

• A strong individual who can work autonomously and within a team to deliver results.

• An enthusiastic and personable character who can add something unique to our playful culture.
