Our team currently has two members: Peter Vesterbacka (Brand ambassador) and Bambi Dang (CEO). Our mission is to bring international talents from all over the world to do internships and work at startups and companies in the FinestBay Area (the heart of Nordics and Baltics). We want to encourage entrepreneurship among young people by having them intern at startups. We also want to encourage diversity in the workplace by having international talents working at local companies in the area.

We are a young company in recruitment business (not an ordinary one) located in Helsinki, Finland. Our team currently has two members: Peter Vesterbacka (Brand ambassador) and Bambi Dang (CEO).

We are looking for a co-founder to join our awesome team at this early stage, starting date as soon as possible. The skills we are lacking in our team are recruitment expertise. We don't require much from you, but at the same time, expect a lot from you.

You don't need to have an extensive history in recruitment. We hope that you have some experience, especially in international recruitment.

Here are your responsibilities:

We need you to perform the magic of finding talents, qualifying them, providing feedback and responses to the candidates, matching them with the right company. Basically you will be responsible for the Talent side, making sure we have great candidates, taking a good care of hiring process and candidate experience. You will also be responsible for finding the next team members to join us, making sure that whoever comes after you is a great asset for our company. You will also be in charge of Recruitment of an international team across countries in the future, as long as you can prove you have what it takes to become such a great leader.
