FinestNinja is a recruitment service company in Finland. FinestNinja was founded in January 2020 by two co-founders: Peter Vesterbacka (Brand ambassador) and Bambi Dang (CEO). Our mission is to bring international talents from all over the world to do internships and work at startups and companies in the Nordics and Baltics countries. We want to encourage entrepreneurship among young people by having them intern at startups. We also want to encourage diversity in the workplace by having international talents working at local companies in the area. Besides recruitment activities, we are working on offering a Study and Work program for international students, in partnership with Universities of Applied Sciences and companies.
