UbuntuBiz is looking for a committed and ambitious Social Media & Marketing Intern who is passionate about putting their skills into play in a young company and help create our own innovative and personalized content that drives engagement. The right person for this role is passionate about building and maintaining a strong professional community. At Ubuntu Biz, you will get the opportunity to take part in defining and establishing the content for our SoMe presence online.

As our new Social Media & Marketing Intern, you will be working closely with management on a wide range of projects, helping us to get our message across visually on our website, social media platforms, and materials for our future events. This position gives you the opportunity to expand our brand through many different platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram & Newsletter).

🤝 About You

• Excellent knowledge of Social Media and the value it brings to a business

• Experience with content writing for SoMe and newsletters

• Fluent in written and spoken English is essential in this role (Danish is not a requirement but advantageous)

• Having a good eye for original content, whilst being creative fun and original

• Having experience in entrepreneurship is advantageous

• Experience with graphic design is advantageous

• Is responsible, flexible and can work independently

• Photography, videography, editing and copywriting is advantageous

✅ Things You’ll Be Doing 

• Create, schedule and execute a social media strategy

• Manage social media channels (LinkedIn, Instagram & Facebook)

• Manage and create content for our weekly newsletter 'Startup Roundup'

• Creating informal content within the topics of entrepreneurship, startups & networking

• Work in the execution of internal and external communications (infographics, presentations, event branding, etc.)

• Work independently/collaboratively with management on creative operations, brand development and continuity

• Understand and incorporate brand standards in creative elements to ensure uniformity and consistency of the brand in communications in all of our channels
