Office & Facilities Assistant

Falcon.io is looking for a part-time Office & Facilities Assistant to join the Operations Team for 20-25 hour per week. We are looking for someone with an enthusiastic, hands-on attitude to help us run our canteen and office in a smooth manner.


The job consists of assisting us at lunchtime with canteen preparations as well as cleaning up, washing dishes and maintaining a clean and neat appearance in the office. Moreover, you’ll be helping the Office Management team with various administrative and maintenance tasks.


We are looking for a candidate who is interested to join this role for a longer period and is able to work on Mondays between 09:00-16:30 and on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays between 11:00-16:00. This position is ideal for someone who has another part-time job on the side or is interested to work less than full time.


What you will be doing:

  • Keeping the kitchen and canteen clean and ensuring a high level of hygiene 

  • Setting up and maintaining breakfast and lunch buffet 

  • Dishwashing 

  • Ordering and restocking supplies and equipment

  • Handling deliveries 

  • Ensuring a presentable and smooth running office environment 

  • Responding promptly to any urgent maintenance issues

  • Proactively looking for improvements in the workflow 

  • Helping Office Management with administrative tasks - replying to emails and managing an overview of office equipment in Excel and DocuSign.

What you have:

  • Availability and interest to join us for a long term and work 20-25 hours per week between Monday – Thursday.

  • Flexibility to replace colleagues during vacation and sick leave

  • Good English skills 

  • Eye for detail, positive and service-minded attitude and ability to work independently  

  • Good practical skills and ability to do physical work 

  • Experience in the hospitality industry is an advantage
