Mission

The mission of the financial controller is to contribute successfully to building a modern and efficient financial setup at Airtame. The financial controller will ensure that daily accounting is managed and carried out with integrity and to a high standard.

Airtame is the preferred wireless screen sharing solution for businesses and schools. Headquartered in Copenhagen, with offices in New York, California and Budapest we pride ourselves on strong company culture and collaborative working spirit.

 

Outcomes

  • Responsibility for the daily accounting in the Danish office and ensuring it is up to date, including invoice approvals etc.

  • Prepare financial analysis and provide financial support to the organisation. 

  • Take up new tasks as the company grows and in the face of changing demands.

  • Participate in process improvements for the finance function and governance of the company. 

  • Active participation in implementing a new company wide ERP system. 

  • Proper handling of a variety of administrative tasks.

 

Competencies:

  • Bachelor's degree or similar in Business, Finance, Accounting with some years of practical experience with finance and accounting.

  • You have a solid understanding of the Danish accounting act and practices, as well as VAT rules.

  • Excellent communication in Danish and English with a professional proficiency.

  • Analytical and good at presenting the results of your work.

  • Ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks at a time, independently.

  • Thorough and with a desire for continuous improvement.

 Bonus points

  • Good knowledge of ERP systems and a proven track record of process optimization.
