About the Job

• Prepare documentation in English according to internal procedures and approved document templates

• Do testing of our software application according to approved test protocols and report test results

• Drive the documentation and testing to completion

You will be working in a small startup company with people you will know well. We will train you in our procedures and documentation practices and there will be an opportunity for daily guidance on your work assignments.

Requirements

• You have great attention to detail and put pride in efficient execution

• You work in structured way and like routines

• You have great English skills (Danish is not important)

• You are good at working with Microsoft Office and are able to learn new software with ease

• You can work 15+ hours per week (the position can either be a part-time or full-time job)

• You don’t need to have a background in the life science industry

• You are able to work from our office in the center of Copenhagen

Who we are

SimplerQMS A/S was founded in 2017 by Allan and Jacob with over 20 years of experience in the Medical Device industry. We have developed SimplerQMS, which enables companies that produce medical devices, health app’s and pharmaceuticals to digitize their documentation processes and spend less time on manual work.

We are ambitious and value “the walk” more than “the talk”. Our work environment is fast paced, and we insist on having fun while working – most of the time. We help each other and have a strong emphasis on training and learning.
