We need a smart person like you to lead and manage our finances with a focus on budgeting and great follow-up reporting.


The purpose of your role is to ensure excellent financial management in our dynamic and fast-growing organization by bringing the right financial and management accounting tools and practices to the organization.


Also, we need your help in driving our planned improvements in accommodation unit economics and maintaining our cash runway by participating in our fundraising activities

  • You love digging into numbers, making budgets, forecast and follow-up reports.

  • Are a master in building Systems and know how to make use of digital tools to put tasks on autopilot.  

  • You love building dashboards and is great at the presentation of numbers so that everybody on the team knows what their budget is and what's important to know.

  • You want to spend time with our team members to understand their expenditure and also on finding the best KPIs that correlate to our vision.

  • You're ready and capable of steering the finances of a 10X expansion and overseeing and managing 750 Mio. Kr. of investments within a few years. 

  • Ready and capable of controlling and budgeting for a big number of subsidiary companies.

  • You have a structured approach to work and can keep track of a growing set of contracts and documents.  

  • You find it important to live sustainable yourself.  

  • You are fired up about helping us create: 1. a world-class team that are cash flow kings. 2. the most user-friendly and effective real estate deployment system in the country.  3. the best user journey experience for sustainable living in the world.

Types Of Tasks You Will Be Doing...

  • Create a great system for following up on actuals vs. budget vs. forecasts. Automated if possible. 

  • Maintain bookkeeping (through PLEO and Roger.ai)

  • Explain variations on budget

  • Improve budget forcasts according with newest knowldege from team & accounting

  • Help team members understand how they are doing on their budget   

  • Make budget simulations

  • Provide partners including banks with regular updates

  • Assist in funding deals


What Kind Of Qualifications Do You Need?

  • You are a great hands-on Financial Manager skilled in all aspects of Financial and Management Accounting.

  • Have at least 3 years of experience as a financial controller or auditor.

  • Strong in budgeting, budget follow-up, cash flow forecasting & cash flow management

  • You can bring great budgeting and reporting templates/tools to the table. 

  • You are probably an Excel wizard.

  • You have strong communication and presentation skills. You can communicate important financial information to non-finance teammates in ways that is easy to understand.

  • Experience from real estate or construction-related company is a plus.

  • Experience with real estate finance is a plus. 

  • Experience from working with a group of companies (parent and subsidiaries) is a plus.

  • Experience working with our finance tech stack is a plus (see below)
