FULLTIME POSITION:
We are looking for a full time Customer Success Manager in Tame to help our Enterprise clients get the most out of our Event platform.

Your role:
You'll be our first Customer Success Manager, being the glue between our internal teams from Sales, Engineering, Product and our Customers. On a daily basis your job will be ensuring that our customers (Event & Marketing Managers in medium to Enterprise companies) succeed with the use of our Event platform.
Your main responsibilities are:
Delivering physical or digital on-boarding & training of new clients
Delivering world-class support when clients reach out
Take ownership of customer issues, follow through and close them in close collaboration between our Tech & Product Team.
Deep understanding of the product in order to consult our customers in new event best practices for all their events
Create material to improve the overall customer experience and engage customers
Collecting feedback from our clients in terms of new product features
Helping hire more Customer Success Managers as we grow
Optimizing the customer experience from A-Z in preparation for international scaling.
Given the size of the company, we expect you to be proactive and can take full responsibility in a flat hierarchy. You can expect to have a very free framework to do things as you think they should be done. We provide thorough training, and from this the starting point is that both processes, tools and tasks are always up for discussion.
