I am looking for a co-founder who has the enthusiasm to work in a challenging startup environment. We are unleashing a new set of products and services in the danish market over the next year and looking out for a strong and skilled CFO. Initially, we will be bootstrapped and hence this position is not having a pay but will trade a good equity option. I come with technical and marketing experience but I am looking for someone with domain expertise in the Financial Area
An ideal partner is one who has a good understanding of SKAT legalities, FInancial and economic models that play in both local and global markets, Revisor and Commerical tax knowledge.
Book Keeping and accounting models. New age startup financing and finanical rounds knowldge.
Ready to be on the toes to make more research and take a lead role in shaping new product and services.
Work with tight deadlines and share ideas.
Should be able to explain the legalities in English. In short good command over English.
