Airtame is looking for an experienced office manager to join our dynamic People team.

In our mission to build the best wireless screen sharing and digital signage solution for businesses and schools, we focus heavily on the health and success of our own Airtame workforce. We are a fast growing company and in this role, you will take ownership of tasks related to the smooth running of our office operations. You will work with different teams across the organization, as well as third-party vendors. These efforts will contribute greatly in enhancing the Airtame employer brand.

Headquartered in Copenhagen, with offices in Budapest, Los Angeles and New York, we pride ourselves on strong company culture and collaborative working spirit.

 

Responsibilities 

  • Run the day-to-day office operations.

  • Be the go-to person for office related requests.

  • Manage facilities and office vendors relations, review and approve all invoices. 

  • Develop and implement solutions for a better working environment.

  • Achieve cost savings, maximise use of suppliers, negotiate better service agreements.

  • Serve as a main point of contact for office emergencies (including outside working hours and weekends).

  • Ensure health and safety compliance together with our WEO team. 

  • Help support in planning a variety of events.

  • Be experienced with G-Suite.
