Swedish Community Manager at EasyPractice

EasyPractice is on the lookout for a new Community Manager for our Swedish market. You will have a huge responsibility for our growth in Sweden using e-mail marketing, customer service by e-mail, creating good content for our website, and supporting and selling to new customers.

But first - what is EasyPractice?

EasyPractice is an online administration system for therapists and clinicians around the world. We provide tools that the health care sector needs in order to simplify their everyday work. We currently have more than 20.000 registered clinics on our platform. This is something we are very proud of. We need 1 new community manager that will handle our market in Sweden. You will be doing:

• E-mail customer support and sales

• E-mail marketing

• Facebook marketing and support

• Create content for our Swedish website

So as you can see above - we need a native Swede that is comfortable in writing Swedish and if you’re proficient in Danish or Norwegian it is even better. 

We at EasyPractice work remotely and you therefore have the opportunity to work from wherever you want. We have an office at 24labs in Copenhagen where you are welcome to join us and have a great lunch with fellow colleagues.

The position is 10-15 hours a week and we expect you to check your mailbox every day, so the hours would have to be spread out through all days during the week.
