Paid Media Specialist

Donkey Republic is looking for a Paid Media Specialist to help expand our business and be part of our growing marketing team.

We are on a mission to make cities more liveable, one bike ride at a time. We are 14,000 bicycles large in 60 towns across Europe, small and large, having served +1 million customers - we call them Riders. Our aim is to bring convenient and affordable bike share to all cities around the world.

As a Paid Media Specialist at Donkey Republic, you will play an important role on this mission. You already have a deep understanding of working with both Google Ads, SEO and PPC, and you will work both strategically and hands-on with paid marketing. You will specialize in our PPC platforms and other Paid media to execute various campaigns, always-on marketing activities and growth efforts. You will utilize digital marketing strategies, such as PPC and SEO to maintain and increase our Donkey Rider database.

This position will focus on the media buying and PPC parts of our marketing and therefore experience with Google Ads, Bing Ads and Programmatic buying is needed in order to execute our growth strategy.

About the tasks:

• Paid media planning and building of media strategies

• Working with the paid media channels of our business to improve conversion to app

• Analyzing the data, testing and continuous optimization

• Working with conversion rate optimization principles and hacks to grow our business KPIs

• Working with retargeting and remarketing to create greater conversions 

• Purchasing and negotiation of both offline and online media channels

• Identification, prioritization and optimization of the most efficient growth channels in the market

You are:

• Data-driven and kind of an analytics geek (we’re all one big happy family)

• Experienced with PPC channels and improving CPA across channels

• An executor. You will implement ideas quickly, and will not let your perfectionism get in the way of quick testing of new concepts

• Curious, creative and relentless in pursuit of growth 

• Experienced with setting up campaigns and accounts within Google Ads, Bing ads and similar PPC platforms

• Preferably Dutch or German speaking (on top of at least English)
