Actimo is a mobile workspace for frontline (non-desk) employees, that improves employee happiness and productivity by driving engagement. We are looking for an experienced Devops Engineer who will be responsible for our complete infrastructure, both our production setup and our development setup. Our production infrastructure is based on Amazon Web services, and we need to strengthen our AWS capabilities and ensure we use our AWS’ products to their fullest. Always with focus on stability of the platform and security in protecting the data we are responsible for.

You have a solid experience working with AWS, you are interested in building the optimal experience for our developers, and when needed you can help with supporting our Customer Success Managers and 2nd level support with questions they might have to the platform.

What you will do

• Design and manage our infrastructure on AWS

• Provide an exceptional environment for our development teams

• Own and improve the release process

• Join our 3rd level support team helping our internal CSM team

• Detect and optimize slow MySQL queries for maximum performance

• Participate in our 24/7/365 pager duty alert response team

What you bring to the table

• 3-5 years’ experience in DevOps

• AWS Certification (or similar)

• Experience with TerraForm or similar

• Experience with Node.js

• Experience in shell scripting

• Experience with MySQL scaling and clustering

• Experience with Kubernetes and Docker

• Solid understanding of MySQL indices

• High English proficiency, in both speaking and writing is required

• A Bachelor (or higher) degree in Computer Science (or similar)
