We are looking for an experienced Solution Sales Executive to help us with our Nordic Enterprise Sales activities.
You will be part of an energetic and ambitions team of Sales Executives focusing primarily on new business and selling to medium and large enterprise customers in Denmark, Sweden, Norway and Finland. When customers are multinational the sales efforts will also include other countries. The Ideal Customer Profile will be enterprise customers with many non-desk employees, primarily Facility Management, Hospitality, Transport and Retail.
You will be supported every day by a team of business development representatives to help you book meetings, and, when needed, by a colleagues from pre-sales to help you present the full potential of the platform. You will refer to Actimo's CCO.
What you will do:
Drive value-based sales processes from first meeting to sales won
Interact and relate to international mid- and c-level managers
Understand customer needs and how to create outcomes
Develop your pipeline according to needed metrics for success
Update and track your sales progress with our CRM system
What you bring to the table:
Experience with Software Solution Selling or other relevant experience
Proven results from prior work
Highly energetic and self motivating
A team player
Interested in the HR Tech Space
Good understanding of and/or experience with Cloud SaaS solutions
Fluent in English, speaking and writing
