Bookkeeper
The bookkeeper will be supporting Crey Games and two other starts-up in their daily operations.
Responsibilities:
The main tasks are:
Month ending and closing process, including the preparation and booking of journals and the creation of account reconciliations
Processing and controlling vendor invoices in workflow
Invoicing for customers
Handling VAT and submitting them on time
Processing expense reports and credit cards entries and payments
Bank payments and bank reconciliations
Monitor and manage the cash flows and deliver regular cash reports
Responsible for payroll
Working with many currencies
Prepare material for annual report
Requirements:
2-4 years of experience from a similar position
Superuser of Excel
Excellent accounting skills including Tax and VAT
Experience with running payroll
Experience with e-conomic is a plus
