You're only as strong as your team but don't you worry! The position is based in our ambitious and dynamic Finance team. You will work with the different areas of finance but be responsible for our accounting, payroll and for ensuring the finance function is compliant and performs efficiently. Using your business acumen, focus on details and always striving to be one step ahead no matter what might occur you succeed in minimizing and limit risks.

Requirements:

"With Great Power Comes Great Responsibility"... Here are the boosts we will be looking for:

• 2-4 years experience from similar position

• Super user of Excel and Powerpoint / Google Sheets and Slides

• Excellent accounting skills including Tax and VAT

• A collaborative mindset

• A heroic drive who wants to make a difference

• Experience with running payroll

• Experience with e-conomic and is a plus

We know it’s important for you to have an impact therefore we trust you with the responsibility of:

• Take full responsibility for the month end close process, including the preparation and booking of journals and the creation of account reconciliations

• Processing and controlling vendor invoices in workflow, including VAT handling

• Bank payments and bank reconciliations

• Monitor and manage the cash flows and deliver regular cash reports

• Responsible for payroll

• Prepare and invoice royalty reports

• Participate in- and also lead projects within Finance

• Develop and manage financial systems/models

• Liaise with auditors regarding external reporting and related tasks
