About the position:

This role is an opportunity to work in a Copenhagen based team on existing and green-field projects, doing things the right way from the start. We are looking for someone who's continually willing to learn new technologies and be up to date with trends in the field by participating in conferences or taking new educational programs in order to evolve in this position. Responsibilities:

• Designing and building secure, robust, and scalable RESTfull services

• Collaborate with the product team on new feature development and issue resolution

• Be involved and participate in the overall application lifecycle

• Main focus on coding and debugging

• Build high-quality reusable code that can be used in the future

• Troubleshoot and debug applications

• Conduct UI tests and optimize performance

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of designers, developers and system administrators

Requirements:

• Proficient in PHP 5.6 or 7.* and object-oriented design

• Familiar with databases and SQL syntax, such as MySQL or Postgres

• Familiar with NoSQL database like MongoDB

• Familiar with Laravel components or a modern MVC framework

• Basic knowledge of GNU/Linux and a web server (Apache or Nginx)

• Basic knowledge of Version Control (Git, Subversion, Mercurial..)

Optional

• Experience with Unit & Integration testing

• Not terrified of terminal

• Knowledge of Continuous Integration & Continuous Development

• Knowledge of Scrum or Agile Development & methodologies

• Experience with Javascript, TypeScript, VueJs, Angular, or jQuery

• Experience with HTML, CSS, XML, Bootstrap, Bulma, Tailwind
