What is the job about
Qualifying leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities
Contacting potential prospects through cold calls and online
Presenting the company and the eloomi products to potential prospects
Identify prospect's needs and suggest appropriate products/services
Build long-term trusting relationships with prospects
Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market
Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) customers and Sales Development Representatives when needed
Report to the Head of Sales Team on sales results
The Sales Development Representative has a strong understanding of our products and can easily bring leads into play by following a structured focus on the customers pains and challenges. You are a quick learner with strong presentation skills, has the ability to identify the customer's pains and challenges, and further showcase our offerings in a compelling way. Daily tasked with high level of outreach and giving online presentations and attending online meetings. Our Sales Development Representative are often the first point of contact with eloomi, so it’s essential that our Sales Team appear likable, personal and professional.

The Sales Development Representatives in eloomi are highly activity driven and have huge knowledge around our product portfolio and can easily pitch and showcase for potential customers, by using their positive and great communication and presentation skills. The purpose for you as Sales Development Representative is to deliver qualified leads and deals into the pipeline in their sales teams.

Who are you
You are 100% familiar and a master in the language of sales. What are the buying signals to watch out for? What words to use that makes customers buy? When is the right time to ask the right questions? If not fully in place yet, we will learn you the rest.
You are the type of person, that ensures a very structured real time data quality in our Customer Services Team
You have a natural ability to actively listen to each conversation with the prospect, interrupting when they need clarification and ask probing questions that allow them to explore the buyer’s mind
You should have adequate knowledge about the features, benefits, and weakness of your product before creating effective pitches and connecting customer’s needs to the solution
Good at building rapport and starting a conversation over phone, online and email. Effective communication to prevent objections by providing clarity into how the eloomi solution can solve business problem
Several years in sales with proven track record for meeting targets
Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation skills
Proficiency with sales management software, CRM and high data quality
Personal integrity and positive attitude
