Your responsibility
You ensure that our customers are thrilled and delighted with their eloomi solution. As their primary point of contact, you’re the customer’s go to person helping them to a successful implementation of eloomi.
Reporting directly to the VP, Products, your job is to make sure that our customers are successful and get the most out of eloomi. The ideal candidate is empathetic, caring and a dedicated professional that goes the extra mile to help customers grow their businesses and make them more efficient.
Things you’ll do every day
Go through customer support cases and coordinate with the solution team
Set up new customer accounts so they are ready to hit the ground running
Onboard customers in the eloomi solution and inspire them to make the most of it
Identify the customers’ definitions of success and ensure they achieve their goals
Build meaningful and sincere relationships with our customers to ensure they fall in love with eloomi
Develop scalable methods to drive greater usage and retention (i.e. email marketing, in-app messages, webinars, training materials)
Build and continuously improve all processes related to customer on-boarding, growth, and overall success with eloomi.

Have at least a couple of years of experience in a business environment, ideally in customer success or account management
Speak “tech” but are absorbed in the user experience and love working closely with customers
Have a passion for HR, people development or just want to make a difference
Have worked with SaaS before, although this is not a requirement
Feel that your super power is connecting with people from all walks of life and that you can comfortably maintain relationships with many people
Like being a leader amongst peers and can think on your feet when things start shifting around you
Run your own client base in a great and fun working environment
