Following its considerable success in India, OYO in now looking to transform the European hospitality landscape by building a network of hotels, guest homes and holiday residences across the continent. Working in the Pricing Team, you will be responsible for conceiving, building and improving machine learning models related to dynamic pricing, demand forecasting and earnings estimates. Responsibilities

• Develop ML and deep learning models and algos to improve pricing, demand forecasts, earning estimates, and more

• Conduct statistical analysis to provide actionable insights, identify trends, and measure performance

• Design experiments, test hypotheses and build models

• Work with engineering and analysts to improve data source quality

• Work with different stakeholders to identify the business requirements and the expected outcome

• Recommend ongoing improvements to methods and algorithms

• Empower the team to answer data questions quickly and easily by building high-quality ground truth data sets
