How it works:

• You take a Mindwyre online test. Expect to spend 2-3 hours taking the test. This is how you find out if you would be great at software development, regardless of what you do today.

• If the test results show that you have the right profile to become a software developer at Mindwyre, we will invite you for an interview.

• Are you accepted for the program you will be offered a free 5 months class room and full time training in either Copenhagen or Stockholm. This is where it gets really interesting, now you can decide if you want to become a software developer. At this point we know that you will be great at it.

• Once you pass final exams you get a full time job at Mindwyre as a software developer. You will work in teams with highly skilled and experienced software developers.

• You do not have to have any prior experience writing code.

• You can at any time in the onboarding process decide to leave in case it’s not for you after all
