Donkey Republic is seeking an Office Hero (part-time) to join our team! We need an Office Hero who can help take care of our new office in the heart of Copenhagen and assist in various office-related assignments.
Among your assignments, you will:
Ensure the office is running smoothly: Greet visitors, ensure a cozy atmosphere, order lunches, and snacks, find people who can fix things that are broken (ordering of snacks etc. from nemlig.com, office items from lomax.dk and so on).
Being a “go-to person” for everyone in the office for any office related issues.
Set up lunches and clean-up after lunches +organize Friday breakfasts.
Keep a good vibe in the office, water plants.
Making sure meeting rooms are always clean and organized, and with refreshments.
Take care of bookings for team events, hotels, air tickets, etc.
Organize team events, Friday bars and any other official meetings as requested!
Make shipments and receive shipments.
Help with other office logistic work as necessary, e.g. picking and assembly of new furniture.
Take out the garbage, cardboard as needed.
Smaller errands in Copenhagen.
Help with HR related tasks
We require that you are:
Speak and write English fluently.
Can assist with reporting and organizing.
Have a positive personality, and like to talk to people and help people.
Thrive in an environment where nothing is like yesterday and everything is in constant flux.
Can be in the office every day Monday to Friday from 08.30 - 14.30
