We are looking for a Lead Operations Specialist with a go-getter attitude, a knack for problem solving, and ability to thrive in ambiguity to actively support and work directly with our Copenhagen Operations Manager.

Responsibilities

• Make sure that our scooters are at the right place at the right time
• Train, instruct and oversee a team of drivers working in the field
• Plan routes and create tasks for our drivers to ensure that we reach our KPI's
• Shift scheduling, daily team communication and ad-hoc admin tasks
• ​Assist the Operations Manager with supervision of daily operations

Requirements

• Experience with logistics or mobility services
• Driven person with a winning mindset
• Can-do attitude: No task is below you
• Organizational mastermind
• Data-driven by nature
• Strong attention to detail
• A mind for numbers and data
• Excellent communication skills
• ​English is a must, Danish is a plus
