Do you want to lead IT projects in an agile environment, working closely with both development teams and customers?

At WasteHero, we are looking for an IT Project Manager who is passionate about planning, coordinating, and delivering projects in close collaboration with customers and our internal teams. You will play a key role in our rapidly growing company, working on exciting and complex implementation projects for both existing and new clients.

This is a hands-on role where you will collaborate closely with our CTO, developers, and designers to translate ideas and requirements into concrete technical solutions. At the same time, you will act as the primary point of contact for our customers, ensuring their needs are met throughout the project lifecycle.

About the Role

As an IT Project Manager at WasteHero, you will be responsible for managing and ensuring the successful delivery of our IT solutions. You will work in an agile environment using methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban, and your day-to-day tasks will range from planning and technical specification to customer dialogue and practical implementation.

Your responsibilities will include:

·         Project Management: Planning and reporting on multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met.

·         Technical Coordination: Developing technical specifications in close collaboration with developers and designers.

·         Customer Dialogue: Leading workshops, feedback sessions, and ongoing communication with customers to understand their needs and ensure high satisfaction.

·         Practical Insight: Actively participating in day-to-day tasks – both in the office and “in the field” – to understand the practical aspects of our solutions.

Who You Are

We are looking for an engaged and structured IT Project Manager who can take ownership and drive projects from start to finish.

·         Experience: You have 2-4 years of experience in IT project management, preferably in an agile environment.

·         Agile Methods: Experience with Scrum, Kanban, or similar methodologies.

·         Communication Skills: Strong ability to communicate technical and non-technical concepts to different stakeholders, including customers and internal teams.

·         Problem Solver: You are solution-oriented and tackle challenges with a proactive and structured approach.

·         Multitasking: You can manage multiple projects simultaneously without compromising on quality.

·         Customer Focus: You thrive in working closely with customers and ensuring their needs are met.

We’re ideally looking for someone who can cover both Project Manager and Product Owner responsibilities. It’s important they have experience onboarding new customers, including data migration, identifying and driving integration needs, and working closely with tech teams during the process. We’re also keen on candidates who can manage and evolve products post-implementation in a SaaS environment. Scrum Master experience is a plus, but not essential.
