As an assistant you will become part of our production team with participation in the full process from Idea, conceptualisation to design development to delivery. It is important you can handle a wide variety of tasks while keeping your head cool. You are a person with great structure and focus and you put your heart and head into every task you are presented with. You value great craftsmanship in design and quality above anything else. Sustainability is part of your personal DNA.

What you’ll do: 

Primary targets 

• Design development
• Research and sourcing of basics trends and colours 
• Research of sustainable possibilities within textiles and trim 
• Control of product deliveries 
• Commenting and measuring samples

Secondary targets: 

• Everyday ad-hoc work. 
• Assist on daily deadlines 

Who you are: 

• You have a technical understanding of how to make clothing 
• Have experience or a genuine interest in Fashion or/and sustainability 
• Full professional proficiency in English. 
• Detail-oriented and extremely organized. 
• Have a strong sense of ownership over your tasks 
• Deliver when working independently 
• You have an entrepreneurial “I’ll figure this out” kind of spirit. 
• Want to work in a fun as environment that gives you a chance to be at your best 
• You have strong Illustrator skills 
• You are enrolled on a fashion course or just finished your BA
