The fact that it's such a big industry with huge value being transacted and managed, makes information and the speed of information extremely valuable. But today, most companies are subscribing to multiple different public sources, agency brokers, manual processes and personal networks to receive information used in decision-making. Newsec Maps collects, merge and enrich data from legal, property and commercial sources and makes it accessible in a modern map-based user interface. The platform saves countless hours of manual labour and makes it easy for CRE companies to discover opportunities and manage assets. The CRE industry physically shapes the cities we live and breath in. It's a conservative industry, all though not resistant to change.
