Smart retailers have strong webshops and lots of tools and data to drive traffic and conversion. But most of their business is still conducted through their physical locations. Using our tools, the physical shops are able to communicate and adjust their customer experience to the individual. Using the existing payment cards and terminals, we recognize the customer and capture all relevant data as is the norm online. This unique information is used to design a better shopping experience in the physical space. Our customers are the well-known retail brands you know from shopping malls across Northern Europe and the malls themselves. Norway and the Nordics already lead the world in electronic payments and the use of mobile and SMS to enhance sales. Now, we are pushing this further by combining access to the existing infrastructure surrounding shopping and a digital mindset to build closer relationships between retailers, shopping venues and their customers. Nordic Bio-Graphite aims to transform industries toward a net-zero future by supplying CO2 negative graphite. Graphite is the largest component in EV batteries and a critical material for green steel production. However, traditional production methods emit up to 20 kg of CO2 per kg of graphite and consumes significant energy. Leveraging two patent-pending innovations developed by leading materials scientists at KTH Sweden, we have developed the first solution to produce fossil-free graphite from bio-based materials at scale. This unique process enables us to produce green graphite at a cost close to fossil based graphite, while significantly reducing emissions and boosting energy efficiency. Within four years, NBG aims to prevent over 150,000 tonss of CO2 emissions annually.
