Hjælp Til Pårørende ApS

Hjælp Til Pårørende blev stiftet i 2018 af Anika & Henrik, der begge to har oplevet, hvor hårdt det er at være pårørende. I dag har virksomheden eget kontor i Århus C på 140 kvm, en professionel bestyrelse med Stine Bosse som formand, og har lukket den første store investering. Vores team er ungt og frisk, så hverdagen er præget af høj energi, godt humør og mange sociale stunder, mens vi målrettet og ambitiøst arbejder hårdt for at forbedre livet for pårørende. Hvorfor pårørende? Pårørende er en kendt, og dokumenteret højrisikogruppe, der udgør 38% af den danske befolkning. Hver fjerde bliver selv syg som direkte konsekvens. Langt de fleste pårørende er hårdt pressede, og mange har hverken tid eller mulighed for at møde fysisk op, eller at modtage behandling indenfor de normale arbejdstider. I stedet søger de hjælp på nettet, som er det eneste tilgængelige på de skæve tidspunkter– og her møder de korte generiske skriv om, at de skal passe på sig selv. Tilbage står den pårørende, magtesløs med spørgsmålet ”Hvordan!?”. Med vores App kan den pårørende få faglig relevant hjælp og støtte på alle tider af døgnet uden ventetid – med handlingsorienterede løsninger og værktøjer, der guider dem til hvordan de håndtere den givne situation. De er uafhængige af deres fysiske placering, og oplever at få den hjælp de har brug for, når de har brug den. Vi har brugt flere år på at analysere og kortlægge, hvad pårørende mangler for at undgå sygemeldinger og tidlig afgang fra arbejdsmarkedet. Hver fjerde pårørende bliver selv syg med stress eller depression som direkte konsekvens af deres rolle som pårørende. Pårørende har brug for psykologisk førstehjælp med høj kvalitet og tilgængelighed - tidligt! Det handler i høj grad om, at vi griber individerne med den rigtige hjælp inden det bliver kritisk. Derfor har vi skabt ét samlet univers, hvor pårørende får al den hjælp de har brug.

Baggrund effectlauncher blev stiftet i 2014 af Kenneth Petersen, Ove Lindbjerg og Rolf Bonde Petersen. Vi har mange års erfaring med optimering af processer og forandringsledelse fra virksomheder som Arla Foods, Tulip, Danish Crown og Mars inc. og bruger i dag den erfaring til at hjælpe andre virksomheder med at øge deres produktivitet og arbejdsglæde. Hvad tilbyder vi? Løsningen på mange problemer i projektarbejde er ofte et projektstyringsværktøj. Men mange værktøjer til projektstyring er udviklet af ingeniører for ingeniører. Det betyder at de er meget komplekse og ofte kræver en høj grad af it-kendskab af brugerne. Dette gør at værktøjerne ikke anvendes i praksis og dermed ikke kommer til at skabe værdi for virksomheden. effectlauncher tilbyder derimod et proces- og projektstyringsværktøj, der er udviklet af brugere i samarbejde med højt kvalificerede softwareudviklere. Udviklerne har omsat brugernes behov for simpel men effektiv facilitering af projekter til en brugervenlig løsning. Backup og datasikkerhed Datasikkerhed har højeste prioritet for os og derfor ligger effectlauncher og alle data i effectlauncher hos Microsoft Azure. Dette sikrer, at vores kunders data opbevares trygt og sikkert. Derudover tager vi for en ekstra sikkerheds skyld back-up af alle data minimum en gang i døgnet. Freightsolution

Freightsolution ApS er en ung og ambitiøs iværksættervirksomhed, som blev etableret i 2018. Virksomheden ligger i Herning og teamet består lige nu af 10 medarbejdere og 4 i Ukraine. Kendetegnet for os er ansvarlighed og målrettethed! Vi har et godt socialt sammenhold med en masse sociale arrangementer og masser af frihed i udførelsen af arbejdet, men også ift. work-life-balance. Vi ønsker at skabe en arbejdsplads, hvor der er plads til alle - studerende, fleksjobber, eksperter, innovative og kreative sjæle m.fl. Freightsolution hjælper både danske og internationale virksomheder med at kontrollere fragtsetup og fragtomkostninger gennem en online-platform, som overskueliggør processerne; heriblandt beregning af priser, kontrol af fakturaer og sammenligning af tilbud. Freightsolution fungerer således som bindeled mellem transportør og fragtkøber. Målet er at revolutionere fragtbranchen ved at gøre det komplekse enkelt og gennemskueligt. Wodscribe

Runners and cyclists have GPS to measure their workout performance, while strength training and functional fitness athletes have nothing. Except for Wodscribe. Our core technology uses smartwatch sensors to measure movement during training and can infer the exercise type and count the number of repetitions automatically. On top of this foundation we're building a product that that shows the athlete the information they need to optimize and improve their training routine. The athlete obviously already knows how many repetitions they did, they might not be aware of their time under tension, range of motion, variability in repetition speed, rest intervals, etc. Since Wodscribe knows every single repetition, all of these valuable insights can easily be calculated and the athlete can be made aware of their inefficiencies.

Pepbercorn

Pepbercorn is developing a stockphoto portal to help businesses and blog owners and whoever might need it solve the need for professional photos with pay per photo concept instead of a subscription. The motivation for the project comes from a desire to help companies and others with images where the user rights have been secured and which are easier to deal with than common similar services, as there is no ongoing subscription. Pepbercorn er ved at udvikle en stockfoto portal for at hjælpe virksomheder og bloggere - og hvem, der måtte have brug for det - med adgang til billeder taget af professionelle fotografer mod engangsbetaling pr. billede i stedet for et løbende abonnement. Motivationen til projektet kommer sig af en lyst til at hjælpe virksomheder og andre med billeder, hvor man har sikret sig brugerrettighederne og som er nemmere at have med at gøre end gængse lignende tjenester, idet der ikke er tilknyttet et løbende abonnement.

Sensorem AB

Sensorem is a Stockholm based tech start up that enables seniors to age safely and independently in their private homes by creating “Smart homes” (IoT) applied and customized for seniors. At Sensorem, you get to work with the latest technology to shape and solve the enormous challenges of an aging population. The first product/service launched on the market is a stylish smart watch that the senior wears, and relatives have access to our app. When accidents or unexpected events occurs, relatives receives notifications and gets called up by the watch (and may act). Sensorem's service has the potential to make a real difference for millions of seniors who want to be able to live safely and independently in their private homes. IML Aeroseal AS

We use a new technology for sealing ventilation duct from the inside. The technology was developed in the US in 1994, but didn't reach the European market until 2015. In 2016 ImL Aeroseal started up in Finland, and as of September 1st 2020 we are breaking into the Norwegian market. Our product solves the issues with the traditional sealing of ventilation ducts; using tape and acryllic sealant to try and plug the leaks. Instead we build up a pressure inside the system and inject a small particle gas that finds all the small leakages and seals them. Not only is it faster, but also alot more effective than the previous method, which in turn makes it much more financially beneficent. With a ventilation system that has little to no leakage you extend the life of the engines and maximize the output of the fans. In addition you get cleaner air in the serviced areas. I became a part of this startup because with my 15 years of experience in the ventilation industry I can truly see the advantages of this method to improve the effectiveness of the ventilation systems and enhance the indoor air quality.

WeUse

WeUse is a platform enabling communities such as housing associations, sports clubs, companies and private persons to become more sustainable and strengthen the cohesion by sharing resources, helping and connecting each other in closed networks. Besides saving space and costs of owning the resources yourself, you can earn money by providing your neighbourhood with resources you own. WeUse does not only have a direct positive impact on our environment, but also on our society by encouraging a mindful consumption, creating a strong community, and lowering the barrier for a positive contribution to our environment, by every individual. Most of our human behaviour is based on routines. If an object breaks or we need something in a specific situation, we tend to just go out and buy a new one, even though we will not use it that often. With WeUse we want to support a behavioural change in our society in favour of our environment. By developing an app, with a focus on a low usage barrier and a front-end created in collaboration with potential users, where people can easily rent each others objects, we want to strengthen the concept of a shared economy in our communities. the goal is to inspire people to change their mindset by using the app.
