The platform has been developed by art conservators who have carefully selected the features to ensure a “need-to-know” registration process. The process is simple and efficient, ensuring that the business knows what artworks it has and where they are located. The tool is primarily used via smartphone, making it convenient to work with on-site. The collected data is stored in a database that can be accessed through both the app and a web browser. Once the company has an overview of its art, it opens up entirely new possibilities for activating and showcasing the value of the artworks. This could include re-curating the collection, creating communication initiatives for employees or guests, conducting valuations, conservation assessments, preservation planning, restoration, refining the collection through acquisitions or sales, and more.
