Edventures

With 75 million young people globally disengaged from work and education, the economic and social cost is staggering—€153 billion annually in Europe alone. Traditional entrepreneurship support excludes over 90% of potential founders, leaving millions without guidance. Edventures is bridging this gap with AI-powered, scalable coaching. Our web app features Anna, a conversational AI coach; Eddie, a gamified learning module “Duolingo for entrepreneurship”; and Franklin, a coaching dashboard for data-driven mentorship. By leveraging LLMs, a proprietary AI-system, and data-driven insights, we provide personalised, ongoing support that adapts to entrepreneurs’ needs. Our vision is to empower millions of overlooked entrepreneurs, reducing NEET rates and fostering economic inclusion. With a B2B2C model, we work with entrepreneurship support organisations to scale globally and we’re already running paid pilots.

Yobr

At Yobr, we see collaboration between students and companies as a way to bring fresh perspectives and the latest skills to real-world challenges. Companies gain flexible, efficient ways to complete meaningful projects that create real value while discovering new talent. For students, it’s an opportunity to apply their skills, learn, and grow in a professional setting. The problem is that most companies struggle to tap into this potential—they don’t have the time, resources, or know-how to make it work. Yobr is changing that. We’re building a platform that leverages AI to simplify project planning, efficiently match yobs with the right students from our talent base, and support execution with intuitive collaboration tools and tailored AI agents. Since starting in January we have done pilots with known brands like SalMar, SpareBank 1 and Norbit, gaining key insight on how students projects should be run. We've developed our technical solution since August, and are looking to launch a beta of our platform in January 2025. We just closed a Angel round and received Innovation Norway's phase 2 grant, targeting break-even and a seed round in Q2 2025. We are a solid team of builders and creators, 3 being full-time and 3 part-time, based in Oslo and Trondheim. Now we are looking to take this to the next level!

Galeria 18

Galeria 18 is developing a unique, Southern European-inspired gallery space to help art lovers and emerging artists find a creative community, explore new art forms, and showcase their talent in a relaxed, inclusive atmosphere. Our mission is to foster creative connections and make contemporary art accessible to all, with a hands-on approach to curating, exhibitions, and workshops. In the contemporary art scene, emerging artists often face barriers to gaining visibility and connecting with a community of like-minded creators. Many galleries are formal, exclusive, and intimidating, leaving talented artists without a platform to share their work. Art enthusiasts, on the other hand, are looking for a more relaxed, intimate experience where they can appreciate art at their own pace and engage with the creative process. This gap affects both the artist's exposure and the audience’s ability to connect deeply with art. At Galeria 18, we are solving this by creating a dynamic space that blends a gallery with a creative hub. Our gallery showcases modern art from both emerging and established artists, offering a platform for creativity, connection, and growth. In addition to exhibitions, we host workshops and courses led by the artists themselves, fostering a community where artists can share knowledge and connect with visitors. We aim to break down the barriers between artists and the public, making art more approachable and interactive. The motivation to start Galeria 18 came from a deep desire to create a space where art can flourish in a non-intimidating, vibrant atmosphere. I, Karen Dulong, have always been passionate about both art and entrepreneurship. With my background in strategic design and entrepreneurship and my own experience as an artist, I saw an opportunity to create something different – a gallery that not only showcases art but also acts as a creative haven for both artists and the community. This gallery is my way of supporting artistic talent and making art a more inclusive, shared experience.

Rejoose

At Rejoose, we believe traditional business transactions lack transparency when it comes to their environmental impact. In essence, they leave a hidden cost – carbon emissions – unaccounted for. This creates several challenges for companies: Blind spots in sustainability: Without knowing the carbon footprint of each transaction, setting and tracking progress towards emissions reduction goals becomes a guessing game. Informed decision-making hurdles: Sustainable choices often involve trade-offs. Without clear data, prioritizing actions to optimize environmental impact becomes difficult. Stakeholder engagement struggles: Customers and investors demand environmental accountability. Traditional invoicing offers no way to showcase your commitment with concrete data. Compliance concerns: Regulations around carbon reporting are tightening. Ignoring transparency can lead to penalties and missed opportunities. This is where Rejoose e/voice steps in. We seamlessly integrate carbon emission data directly into your invoicing process. Think of it as transforming financial transactions into powerful sustainability statements. Every transaction now carries valuable insights into your environmental footprint, empowering you to: Pinpoint and tackle emission hotspots: Identify areas in your supply chain and operations where emissions are highest, allowing you to prioritize improvement efforts. Tell your sustainability story: Communicate your commitment to a greener future with transparent, data-driven reports that resonate with stakeholders. Make a real difference: Take informed actions that minimize your environmental impact, contributing to a more sustainable future for all. At Rejoose, we believe transparency is key to sustainable business practices. Let e/voice be your guide to unlocking valuable insights and taking concrete steps towards a greener future.

True Energy A/S

Many people are talking about the smart grid and how we can reach 100% sustainable energy, and avoid global warming getting out of hand, by intelligently balancing the consumption so it fits with the electricity production. At True Energy we're already doing it! True Energy offers a smart charging app to our end users so they can register their car or charger and have it start or stop charging based on the hour of day and the electricity price, so the user optimizes their charging to be cheapest. The service is free of charge for the end user because they participate in our flexibility pool where the power companies can buy offsetting of the consumption if the grid is overloaded or production is expensive. We use Google Workspace, GitLab as code repo, Jira for our agile project management, and Slack for chat. We have a policy of 100% line coverage for unit tests, and want to support continuous delivery. We focus on collaboration and an open, inclusive work environment. Our team is multinational, and the working language is English, so full proficiency is required.. We have team members in several time zones.

Impactify

At Impactify we are on a mission to use technology to improve the global financial system. With the current problems facing our globe, we all need to play our part to make an impact. However instead of leaving it up to individuals we want to engage companies and entice them to become part of the solution. We are therefore transforming financial transactions so they include micro-donations to good causes. We are a for-profit company bringing together businesses and non-profits for the betterment of both.

Commu App

Commu is a social platform for help, connecting volunteers with people in need in their local communities. We offer companies an easy way to engage their employees in volunteering and a system for nonprofits to find and manage volunteers. We're expanding rapidly, and we're looking for a Country Manager to help us build our presence in Norway. We're a young, agile team of young entrepreneurs who REALLY want to have an impact on societies, by making asking for help and giving help easy. Join us? :)

wayfare.ai

The complexity of data management often overshadows the potential for innovation and insights. This is why we created Wayfare: to simplify the path from data to insights. Our mission is to remove the technical hurdles, making data easily accessible and manageable for enterprises. Wayfare is an early-stage startup founded in 2022 in Copenhagen, Denmark based on a desire to bring back the joy in data work, enabling teams to focus on what's important — unlocking the value within their data. By making data processes simpler and more secure, Wayfare aims to foster innovation and growth, helping businesses tap into their data's full potential with ease. Our private office is located within the Lydens Hus building in central Vesterbro near the lakes, and we have a strong and close collaboration within our team of 9 people working on-site. As a company, follow a set of principles closely in our day-to-day work, including our model of a 30-hour work week which allows us to work hard towards our goals, but in an intentional manner which also makes space for other things in life beyond your day job.
