We started FÆRM in 2020 with the goal of making amazing plant-based cheese. To do that, we use traditional cheese production methods, locally sourced proteins and science combined with a whole lotta love. The problem that we’re solving is twofold. The founders of ElastiSense are all former employees of Danfoss and have been involved on magnitude of projects where they again and again could see the problem. The founder finally took the leap to start up ElastiSense when they received an enquiry from Grundfos on digitalizing their production line with this new technology.
