Introduction WYWIWYG (What You Want Is What You Get) was started as a proprietorship for consulting local startups, University spinoffs and non-profit regional development companies. After 2 years, we shifted our primary focus to product development.    Our focus App and Game Development (for a variety of platforms)  IT Consulting  Trainings and Workshops Background and Founders We are a 100% Finnish company of experienced developers/product managers who have shipped multiple big to medium budget products right from pre-production (concept phase) to gold master / live, for example: - AAA games for PC and console - Edutainment games for B2B and B2C customers for web and mobile platforms - Fullstack products and cloud services for SaaS platforms - We are/have been employees of Unity Technologies, the makers of the most popular game engine in the industry. So yes, we are fans of Unity3D engine which we use for building our products. - Our conversion rate is higher than mean industry average What have we been upto? We have raised €0 so far from banks, government support funds or investors and are 100% bootstrapped and independant. Why didn't we raised funding? Simply because we didn't need to! Since 2012, all the money invested into the company, our infrastructure and the production of our games is from our own pockets. We work Monday-Friday for day jobs to pay our bills and buy our bread. Then we start slogging from Friday night to Sunday for our own products. Thus our team's nickname is Weekendies. At the moment, we are seeking Advisors and Angel Investors to help us steer the business in the right direction and help us acquire users, thus helping us grow our user community and company. Our Vision - We are not scared to get our hands dirty with new technologies OR to define a new genre OR do something different from what market trends suggest to stand out in the crowded marketplaces - We don't want to create clones of successful IPs but create fresh experiences for our users with engaging gameplay, immersion and humour as core values in our products. Our Motto - We will fail once, we will twice, we will fail thrice .... but one fine day we will get there! - Perseverance and hard work is the key to success. Never say never again!

The PERE narrative We set out to fix a fairness problem that’s plagued the hospitality industry for as long as most can remember. And if we don’t fix it - right now - it might very well result in the complete erosion of how we think about the hospitality business today. Have we got your attention? Great! Let’s start with restaurants, who still reward local businesses for referring guests in ways that are beyond outdated. Offering things like free drinks, meals and under-the-table cash payments are not only unsustainable, they’re eschewed by those receiving them and largely frowned upon by regulatory bodies. What restaurants need is a more effective and modern way to get butts in seats and reward loyal referrers. And reliable, personal referrals from higher-spending guests have never been in greater demand for the beleaguered restaurant industry. Even before the pandemic, food delivery was slowly upending restaurants by forcing them to pay absurdly high commissions for customers on what are already razor thin margins. Even more, restaurants are now pressured to change their businesses to serve take-away and delivery customers instead of the more profitable (and real) dine-in customers, which is why almost all chefs and restaurateurs got into the business to begin with. At the same time, hotels - responsible for sending restaurants a steady flow of personal referrals - are forced to fork out big bucks just to get guests to their properties, much of that going to online travel agencies who charge up to 30% commissions for referrals. With profits shrinking, you’d think that hotels could simply recover those earnings when they refer their guests to nearby businesses. If they’re paying when they receive a guest referral, shouldn’t they be paid when they make a guest referral? That seems fair. Unfortunately, it doesn’t work that way. That’s because today, the hospitality referral model is a broken, one-way street with no quick and easy way for people to profit when they make a personal referral. That includes especially hotel concierges, whose entire existence is founded on the ability to provide quality referrals. Feeling increasingly overlooked, undervalued and under appreciated in a digital world, they’re eager for an easier and better way to re-stake their claim and profit from sending guests to local businesses. That’s why we think it’s time for a change - a new and more fair way to do business in the hospitality industry. What’s long been accepted as a one-way street for paying for referrals needs to be expanded into a multilane highway where everyone can profit from personal referrals. Storage365 is a digital marketplace for storage areas, were both real estate companies as well as private people can efficiently rent out their empty spaces and hence increase their space utilization. This is achieved by creating ads for their spaces to this marketplace and features like calendar booking, payment engine, legal contracts, digital signing as well as financial reporting and customer support is included. This allows for companies or privates with need for storage to make simple and secure bookings for things like furniture, RVs, caravans, boats, construction materials etc. The company was founded in Sweden in november 2016, the BETA was released to the market in Oct 2017 and the commercial release in Oct 2018. Now some thousands of transactions are created and Storage365 will be targeting releases to the Nordics by the end of 2020.

iMAL

iMAL er en digital lese- og skrivebok som bygger på kunnskap om hvordan hjernen lærer. Noen barn strever med å huske bokstavene til både lesing og skriving, men gjennom nettbaserte kurs og online veiledning kan lærere og foreldre lære hvordan de kan hjelpe barn med å lære bokstavene enklere. iMAL har høstet mye positiv omtale, og våren 2017 kom resultatet fra en studie fra NTNU som viste at alle barn lærer bedre med iMAL.

SpotOn Marketing

SpotOn Marketings vigtigste opgave er at hjælpe lokale virksomheder med at drive forretning i en digital tid.Derfor leverer vi online markedsføring, webdesign og software til mere end 500 virksomheder i Danmark. Vi er et digitalt bureau i vækst med mere end 50 digitale ildsjæle, kontor i København og Århus og en ny SaaS-løsning, der blev lanceret på det danske marked  i september 2017 og allerede efter første uge blev benyttet af flere hundrede virksomheder.
