MAK consists of Scandinavia’s largest community of talented and diverse individuals, with 600+ members from over 35 countries. In the field of innovation and entrepreneurship, MAK works to become Norway’s most robust platform for diverse innovation and entrepreneurship.

Bridge

Last year we built a recruitment platform in order to match the right candidates with the right employers based on 1) skills (yes, it's still there) 2) what you want to do 3) personality and company culture. We have more than 1000 candidates. We are 1) A real recruitment company INDUCE (.dk), with real customers, making real money and growing (3 employees and 2 partners) 2) A Tech company called CTOCPH (.com) partly owns the product and leads the development https://bridge.induce.dk We work remotely or at the Rebel Work space next to Østerport station. We want to help, and we are every day helping companies get great candidates. It's NOT a one way street. It goes two-ways. If we find you what you want, makes you excited, and the job also matches your personality AND is a place where you have a high probability to fit it from day one – would you not want to take that chance? How many times do you know anything about the company you are applying for except the usual rant about "great workspace" and "innovative environment"? Is it real? We want you to get as many honest answers as possible before you take the leap. And hey the other side, the companies. Imagine tons of applications, all different looking CVs. No one reads that. And if they do, you get rejected on the wrong basis. Just because you forgot something you thought was obvious, or even worse – you didn't spend hours in Word making your CV look stellar and have the right amount of SEO keyword optimization in it.  You want this. Companies needs this. It's so simple. Forget the CV. Ok, it has it's place, but let's focus on the ones that want and can, shall we? Ok so we assume you are good from the beginning. Done. Next, we see if what you bring in existing skills and experience is good enough. Ok, reached that. Then – and here is where it gets interesting. We ask you what you want to do in the future. Crazy huh? We actually ask you that. Then, we ask you to draw some slides and kind of map your personality. And your preferred company culture. Are you an office camper or a road runner? Then – boom we ask the company the SAME questions. Who do they want? What is their company culture? Magic happens. You get matched. They invite you for an interview. Hopefully. What's not to like? Vi har vuxit organiskt och förbättrat vår tjänst. Idag är vi redo att växa och behöver stöd, både ekonomiskt och strategiskt för att nå ut till fler kunder, både privat och främst företag.     På Karmakontot jobbar vi med innovativa idéer för en bättre värld. Vi använder bland annat metoden Design Thinking för att samla våra idéer och arbeta mot gemensamma mål. Through meaningful and beautiful photography, PictureAid has created a new arena for companies and individuals to decorate their naked walls, whilst allowing them to create a social improvement in the world. With every picture sold, education is given back to a local child. We believe that photography can not only communicate and influence, but also make an actual difference in the lives of those portrayed. We are showing that the power of photography combined with the potential of naked walls, can actually change lives and create futures out of dreams for the ones that make out the picture.

BetterCoins.dk

BetterCoins.dk is a Danish company, which offers customers the opportunity to buy and sell Bitcoins with fast delivery and extraordinary service. The company was founded by Mads Eberhardt in September 2017 with the idea to create a service for everyone, not only the 'nerds'. Bitcoins were before in many respects only for 'nerds', because they were the only ones, who could understand it. BetterCoins.dk is trying to change this, to make Bitcoins for everyone.

Hauge Aqua

Hauge Aqua was established in 2012 by Cato Lyngøy, Audun A. Dahl and Arthur Lyngøy. In 2014 new partners invested in the company, Arne Sylta, Magne Bjørkhaug and Runar Lyngøy. They are all co-founders of the company. Hauge Aqua objective is to start, own, develop and operate business within aquaculture, develop new technology, offer counselling, nationally and internationally. The business is to be operated economically, socially and environmentally sustainable. Resources Hauge Aqua builds on resources, ideas, and knowledge from the creation. Through this the company wishes to glorify the Creator by showing good stewardship over these gifts. The goal is to use them in a fashion so that we may develop, manufacture and trade, wholesome, safe and competitive products. Innovation Hauge Aqua emphasises innovation as a decisive tool to safeguard our business in the short and long term. Minimum 10 per cent of our value generation shall always be used for research and development. This is to strengthen the business foundation in the company. ToGoTryk is a start-up within the packaging market. We sell to go packaging with individual print for our customers, ranging from small cafes to large private companies. We develop a platform that makes it easy for everyone to buy to go packaging with individual print. To make the platform a succes we need to be the best of online marketing, why we also are trying to be the best within the field.We are based in Copenhagen, where we are apart of an accelerator programme for ambitious start-ups. We are three young entrepreneurs, with ambitious goals to change the slow industry of promotional packaging in Denmark. We do this by sourcing the best manufacturers in the industry, manufacturers who in collaboration with us offer smaller quantities, better prices and faster delivery time than the current companies in the sector. Our daily tasks, whether it is cold calling, social selling or improving our website, are strategically delegated to the respective person who will execute to the very best of his abilities. We believe in a supporting, positive attitude while pushing each other to become a little better every day. We all three partners students on the side, so our working hours vary from day to day. We have daily meetings to ensure congruency and consensus.At ToGoTryk we care for a healthy social setting, and do not shy away from a fun activity, such as grabbing a bear on a great friday afternoon, exercising together or go out to experience a cozy late night board game.
