Det är långsamt, kostsamt och ospårbart i realtid, trots att infrastrukturen för något bättre redan finns på plats i form av BankID, Kivra och Billo. Via Albaposts webbgränssnitt laddar företag upp ett dokument och skickar det digitalt till mottagaren via Kivra, Billo eller säker e-post, autentiserat med BankID eller Freja eID. Brev, rekommenderade brev och dokument för signering hanteras i en och samma plattform, med full leveransspårning och kvittens. API-integration för systemkopplingar är under utveckling.
